Optimize the authentication time

Hi people, we have a Freeradius with AD authentication and SQL
authorization. I could notice that several Windows 10 clients spend
severalk seconds in authorization and authentication.

Is there any way to optimize the time of authentication/authorization?

Read the debug log to see where the delays are. Odds are that it's either AD being slow, or the client being slow.

FreeRADIUS can authentication many thousands of EAP users per second. So the delays are likely not FreeRADIUS.
